Question: What do u think of israel ,saying in Anapolise they'll stop building settlements,then next day they starta gai

Question Details: Can u trust ppl like those?! who say they will stop building more setelments on palastine land to help the peace process which was a request from the us gov in anapolise in front of all the world,and next day they start again building setelments in Palastine .?!! How can us trust those ppl who embaress the us all the time & one of the main reason for hatred against usa in the world. So,what is the benefit of israel to the usa?? is it only to take money,arms from usa tax payers money? is it only to embaress us in front of all the world? Even when their was a war in the region for the interest of israel(Iraq),they used the usa to fight it for them & put us in deep shiit their!!! So,why usa is taking all this shiit from israel ,and very happy with it???!!!

Deleted Answer: This is very typical of Israel, they have been doing it for 40 years. Many times they have built new settlements when they had agreed to take down some and often they have had a net gain in numbers of settlements. "Paperback" makes some false statements: first of all Israel is and has been THE largest single recipient of U.S. foreign Aid for many years and secondly they are not a democracy they are a Parliamentary Theocracy, try living there as a non Jewish citizen and see if your rights are equal to those of a Jewish citizen. Our affiliation with Israel is largely due to it being our one solid base in an unstable and oil rich region, and much of our policy towards Israel is driven by political connections and PAC's such as the king of them all- AIPAC. Also of interest is that this good friend of ours is also guilty of the single most damaging case of espionage in U.S. history. Like it or not our relationship with Israel is not likely to change in the near future, they posses enormous influence over our entire political process. Edit- Paperback, I don't and wouldn't live in Israel, HOWEVER , I do have a sibling and nieces that live in Beirut that have watched your Israeli jets come flying in over the top of their house for years and blow the living hell out of the Bekah valley and parts of Beirut for many years. Your country also imports foreigners such as central Americans and mandates they convert to Judaism and then uses them to populate the new settlements in disputed areas, you wanna keep going, I'm ready, are you??????????? Exhibit A- Go ahead and dispute with facts of your own the assertions and observations in my post, I noticed you didn't touch on these facts your first time around with your nebulous and rambling post. Exhibit- B Your numbers and assumptions about the U.S. tax system are wrong. A person making $20,000 a year pays 15% tax, etc check the tax tables. And the capital gains rate is I believe 20%, so a millionaire that sells some stock pays maybe 20% of that million and might give several thousand to a political party through many different pipelines and then can expect some sort of favorable treatment. Meanwhile the lower and middle class people pay a far greater price in terms of income to live on and thereby struggle far more. They receive few tax breaks and fund the government and it's will without having much say in it's operation or policies, far from fair and very oppressive. What makes you think you are superior to myself or other posters in your knowledge of mathamatics, etc because your writing surely does not reflect it ???
